Switchfly has been providing white-label e-commerce reward platforms to the world’s most extensive travel and fintech brands for over 20 years. However, the downturn in the travel industry during the global pandemic pushed Switchfly to expand its services to customer loyalty and employee engagement.
Our team created a new visual branding that pushes beyond just supporting the travel and fintech industries, and focuses on highlighting the pleasures of travel destinations. The new branding, combined with a new web experience, showcases Switchfly’s ability to create exceptional travel experiences that unite customers with brands and reward employees.

Our team explored many approaches to visually represent Switchfly’s mission of connecting brands, customers, and team members through rewards and travel solutions. After extensive brainstorming, we crafted the Switchfly Wing Signet, which not only pays homage to the company’s roots in the flight travel industry but also captures the sense of “lift” that comes with embarking on a travel adventure.

To extend the visual brand, our team introduced a new soft-feel color palette that is more suited for mobile travel applications. We also created a comprehensive visual brand guidelines document to support the rollout of the new brand. The updated brand guidelines were then applied to various sales and marketing materials, thus broadening their application and ensuring synergy across a variety of platforms.
